I’m a strategist, operator, and advisor for impact organizations and leaders.

With 10+ years working in local & global nonprofits, electoral politics, issue-based advocacy, and impact startups, I bring cross-sector expertise and a wide lens to my work. My strength is seeing and synthesizing connections to identify unique opportunities — before they become obvious.

I currently lead Amplify Strategies, a boutique agency supporting nonprofits, causes, and campaigns with digital strategy and performance marketing. I am also a co-founder of Parkes Philanthropy, an award-winning nonprofit consultancy providing fundraising, capacity building, and impact evaluation support.

I’ve been named by NASDAQ as an AAPI Entrepreneur and Leader to Watch, featured in Forbes, and was recognized by PoliticsNY for my political leadership in Brooklyn. I am an alumna of StartingBloc, New Leaders Council, and the Issroff Family Foundation’s Women in Social Entrepreneurship program and Board Training Institute.

I’m energized by multi-stakeholder engagements and coalition building. My career has been multi-functional, cross-sector, and interdisciplinary (say that 3 times fast!). I’m as comfortable taking a startup from 0-1 with growth marketing as I am working within complex political coalitions to scale national campaigns. The breadth of my work —across industries and roles — enables me to see patterns, anticipate needs, and design solutions that others might miss.
